~Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in Florida~

I know I am behind! So here FINALLY are the pictures from our time in Florida. These are from Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. What fun! There were so many presents you couldn't see the tree. Everyone got spoiled. For Christmas Eve, we took the kids to church. They all looked so nice! Then we came home and got into jammies and got ready for bed so Santa would come. Unfortunately, we didn't go to sleep as fast as we should..so..we got into some trouble...But FINALLY all was quiet. They slept so sweetly..too bad mommy and daddy didn't get quite as much sleep. This Santa gig is seriously over-rated..we were up until well after 2am. Christmas morning came early! My nephew was the first one up. He was so excited. He woke Caitlin up. And then Christopher. Jim and I listened in to the conversation about Santa. It was so hard not to laugh! Here is how it went...

Miguel "Caitlin, Santa came! It is Christmas! It is here! He came!"
Caitlin "He did? Santa was here? Did you see him?"
Miguel "Christopher, Santa came! It is Christmas...get up!"
Christopher "I'm too tired. Leave me alone." Moments pass.."He came? Santa was here?"

Needless to say, once he was actually awake, Christopher jumped right into the spirit of the day. We opened our stockings, then we opened our cards (family tradition, we all get each other Christmas cards) and then the craziness started! Christopher's favorite gifts were his Transformers (thank you Santa, and Aunt Mandy and Miguel and Manny) and his Fireball Racetrack (thank you Nana and Papa). He made out like a bandit on those. Caitlin's favorite gifts were her horsies (thank you Aunt Jenny) and her stable (thank you Nana and Papa). We all had a very special and a very wonderful Christmas. Hope you enjoy the pictures!
