Surgery Update
Christopher had his re-check today with the pediatric urologist. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. So, sometime in April or May, Christopher will be having his first surgery. They are hoping to only make two small incisions in the scrotum and not two in the scrotum and two in his tummy. Hopefully it will be minor. The hard part is going to be the recovery. Christopher will need to be "still and quiet" for 2 to 3 days after surgery and then will not be allowed to run and play for two weeks. So tell me, how do you keep an active 4 year old boy still and quiet and not let him run? I wonder if we can sedate him for his recovery!
So there is the update. When we know a date, I will get back to you!.jpg)

Playing at The Air and Space Museum
Monday was a school holiday. Jim was off too, so we decided to take the twins on a family adventure. We chose the Air and Space Museum in Hampton to take the kids to. It was our first time. They had a good time. We even took them to see the 3D movie at IMAX. Christopher loved seeing all the airplanes and jets and space rockets. Caitlin was a little less thrilled but she did have fun! Hope you enjoy the pictures!

Jobs People Do
On Friday the 13th, we got to go to school again to see Christopher is another school program. Jim was able to go too this time. What fun! They had been learning all about "Jobs People Do." Christopher's class did a song called "My Mommy is a Baker". It was very cute! They were all supposed to do the YMCA, but Christopher did not do the dance for this one. He did however sing and dance with his class this time. It was so cute! We enjoyed the program. Hope you enjoy the pictures!

Warm Sunny Days
The first weekend in February was very nice and warm. Strange, but a welcome change. The twins enjoyed the nice weather. We got to open windows in the house and they got to play outside. These pictures are from Sunday February 8th. I was not feeling very well courtesy of Christopher's tummy bug from Friday. So the twins did not get dressed, but I did send them out back in their jammies. They had a great time. Hope you enjoy the pictures!

Sick Days
Thursday Feb 5 was Remicade day for me. Not a fun day in our house. So here is a picture of me after we got home. Jim felt the need to take the picture. Then the next day, Christopher had a little bit of a tummy bug. He was home with mommy all day. Poor little man! Luck for me, it was just a 24 hour bug. Not lucky for me, I still felt icky from the day before. But the two of us survived until daddy got home to help out! Here are a few pictures of my favorite men! They look so much alike. Christopher is his father's son! Enjoy!

Flashback Friday
Today we go back to a visit from Granny and Grandma. They brought a camera. The twin fought over it. They both wanted to "take" a picture. They were about 20 months old here. Enjoy!.jpg)

Portsmouth Childrens Museum
On Tuesday February 3, the twins had a field trip to the Children's Museum in Portsmouth. What a GREAT trip. There was so much for them to see and do there. They had such a wonderful time. There were so many different rooms to explore. They had a "bank", a "grocery store", a "dentist's office", a train room, a bubble room, a room where the kids were "in" the computer and so much more! They had so much fun exploring it all. Christopher's favorite room was the train room. (Big surprise, huh?) And Caitlin loved the bubble room. Jim got to come along, so he spent the day with Christopher's class and I went with Caitlin's class. It was so neat to watch them explore all the differnt things. We are planning on going back again! Enjoy the pictures!
