Carving Pumpkins: Night One

We carved pumpkins for the first time this year. We have been just painting them every year. The first night, we did Caitlin's pumpkin. She picked her pattern and off we went! She was less than thrilled to clean the "guts", but she did it! Christopher was unwilling to "help". Watching him was very funny! I attempted roasting pumpkins seeds this year too..they are not too bad..I MIGHT get it right by next year.. Caitlin is VERY proud of the end result tho!
