The Recital!

Saturday June 6th was Caitlin's first dance recital. Her Nana and Papa from Florida were here along with her Grandma and Granny from West Virginia. Caitlin was happy to have them all there. She did not have to dance until the second half, so she got to sit and watch the first half with us. She enjoyed the recital very much. I took her backstage and got her dressed during intermission. She went off with her group, a little tearfully I must say. I was worried she would not dance. But she went right out on stage and danced her little heart out. It was very cute since her partner was not in her place. Caitlin was very put out by that, but still danced. I am dying to see the recital video! After the recital, we gave her flowers and a trophy. She was so excited! Then Grandma gave her a new ladybug necklace. She had a wonderful day! We are so proud of our little dancer! Yay Caitlin! We love you!
