Happy Thanksgiving!!

We had a blessed Thanksgiving this year. Mother and Mawmaw were with us from West Virginia. Mel and Trev have relocated to right down the street from us, so they were here and Scott joined us too. (I have known Mel since my college days and Trev is her husband, Scott is one of Jim's good friends) And my best friend Jackie stopped by for dessert.

I failed to take pictures until AFTER the eating was done. So all I have are pictures of everyone laying around after the meal! The food was wonderful. Mel brought cuban pork and oreo pies. We had two turkeys (one oven baked and one fried) and all the trimmings.

We have been very blessed this year. It was wonderful to share out blessings with such wonderful people! We love them all! And a VERY special thank you to Mother and Mawmaw for coming early to help out with my remicade treatment and then sticking around to let me enjoy me "Black Friday" shopping!
