Snowing on Our Way South!

So, we were headed south for Christmas. The first leg of our trip..and we got a LATE start! We hit snow just south of Williamsburg. It was not too heavy until we hit just south of Richmond. Then all across 295, it was really coming down. We drove in the snow until about 70 miles into North Carolina. We stopped at a rest stop just inside North Carolina, Christopher and Jim finished in the bathroom first and waited for mommy and Caitlin. Jim gave Christopher a snowball for him to throw at mommy when she came out. I stepped out and Christopher turned around and threw the snowball at his daddy! I laughed! That's my boy! It made for a LONG drive to our first stop in Charleston, South Carolina.
