Weekend Fun!

Friday night, Jim and I had tickets to the Toby Keith concert! What a great time! I love Toby Keith and so does he. I am so glad I got us tickets. Montgomery Gentry (otherwise known as Monkey Gentry) was opening for Toby. That was awesome! They put on a great show! The show was down in Virginia Beach. It was raining, so I am REALLY glad I got us actual seats and not just lawn tickets! We stayed fairly dry other than tips to the bathroom and for beer! By the time the concert ended, the rain had passed! What a great show! Here are a few pics from the concert!

Saturday was full of things...some good, some bad! Jim was playing golf. I sent the twins upstairs to lay down for a bit. They got themselves into LOTS of trouble instead! They decided to play rather than lay down. They got a hold of the bag balm. (For those who don't know what that is, it is a GREAT diaper rash cream) They "painted" it on themselves. So when I went to get them ready to go to a party, instead, I got to play clean up! In the end, the night-nights (blankets the REFUSE to sleep without) ended up in the wash along with over half the animals in their beds. They played in Christophers bed, but Caitlin's punishment was she lost her animals and night-night too. So we got cleaned up and then we attended a farwell party for one of my friends husbands. He is headed to Iraq and we wish him all the best! Take care Chris, we love you and will miss you! Stay safe and we will see you soon! We had a good time with everyone even if we were sad to say goodbye. I unfortunately don't have very many pictures because my camera battery died.

And now just a few pictures from today. I went shopping for fabric with a friend. She is going to make the twins the outfits for the first day of school. I am so excited! They are going to be CUTE! I came home and found Caitlin asleep in front of the TV. (She had a rough day and night last night!) She was so cute passed out in her chair so I snapped a few pictures! And I had to take a few of Christopher too. He is chowing on a few marshmellows...his new favorite!
