Is It Time Yet??

We put up our tree the weekend after Thanksgiving. (Well,let me rephrase that, we TRIED to put up our tree the weekend after Thanksgiving) The kids threw on their fleeces and shoes (over their jammies) to "help" get everything down so they could decorate the tree! They were ready to to. Unfortunately, the tree did NOT co-operate! The lights did not work. So Jim fought with the tree and the kids asked every 5 minutes if it was time to decorate the tree. Three days later (yes,I did say 3 DAYS later), the lights were all FINALLY fixed and working and we managed to get the tree decorated.

Remind me again...why do we love decorating the tree? In the meantime, I did get the tree for the twins set up (thankfully the lights on that one worked!) and they settled for decorating that tree while waiting to work on the "big" one!!
