The Nutcracker

Yesterday I had the joy of taking my baby girl to her first ballet. I bought us tickets to the Nutcracker and invited one of her girlfriends to join us. I was very excited to see if Caitlin loved it. I know she loves dancing so I was hoping she would enjoy this. She loved it. All the ballerinas dancing on their toes thrilled her. Her favorite (and mine) was the Sugar Plum Fairy. It was a wonderful production. During intermission, they had characters in the lobby to take pictures with. And Caitlin picked out a mouse king ornament to put on her Christmas tree at home. What a wonderful way to spend my day!! A special thanks to our friends Traci and her daughter Makayla for joining us!
